Terms and Conditions


These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all services provided by Cre8ive Works Ltd (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) to the Client (“You”, “Your”).


By requesting a quotation, engaging our services, making payment, or continuing to use our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.


1. Contract Term


All services are provided under a minimum contract term as outlined below, unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Websites, hosting, and management: 12 months
  • SEO services: 12 months
  • Social media services: 6 months


The contract term begins from the service activation date.

  • The full contract value is payable regardless of payment method
  • Early termination requires payment of the remaining contract balance in full


Renewal:

  • Contracts will automatically roll on after the minimum term
  • Either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice after the minimum term has been completed


2. Services Overview


2.1 Website Package


Your package may include:

  • Website design and build
  • Hosting and technical setup
  • Ongoing maintenance and support


Important:

  • Domain costs are not included unless stated
  • Fees apply regardless of domain provider


2.2 Hosting

  • Hosting is provided via a third-party provider and fully managed by us
  • We retain full control of hosting environments


2.3 Management & Updates

We provide a fully managed service including:

  • Website updates
  • Security monitoring
  • Performance optimisation


Update time is allocated based on your package:

  • GO Website (£199/month):No included update time
  • Updates charged at £80 per hour
  • GO Updates (£299/month):Includes up to 3 hours of website updates per month
  • GO SEO (£499/month):Includes up to 5 hours of SEO work per month


Important Clarification

  • SEO work and website updates are separate services
  • SEO time is dedicated to:
  • Keyword optimisation
  • Content optimisation
  • Technical SEO
  • Backlink building
  • Additional website updates are chargeable unless included
  • Unused time does not roll over


2.4 SEO Services

SEO services are delivered as a long-term growth strategy and require a minimum 12-month commitment.


Includes:

  • Keyword research and targeting
  • On-page optimisation
  • Technical SEO
  • Content creation and blogs
  • Backlink building
  • Performance tracking


Terms:

  • Results are not guaranteed due to external factors
  • Early termination requires full payment of the remaining balance


2.5 Social Media Services

Social media services are delivered as a strategic growth service and require a minimum 6-month commitment.


GO ORGANIC (Social Media Management)

Includes:

  • Full account management
  • Content creation and design
  • Posting minimum 3 times per week via Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Ongoing optimisation and engagement


Additional Platforms:

  • LinkedIn management: £150 per month per account
  • This fee applies per individual account managed


GO MARKETING (Paid Social Campaigns)

Includes:

  • Campaign strategy and targeting
  • Ad design and creative production
  • Campaign setup
  • Ongoing management, optimisation, and reporting


Important:

  • The monthly fee is not solely the advertising budget
  • This is an all-inclusive campaign management package, which includes:
  • Ad spend allocation (working budget)
  • Design fees
  • Setup fees
  • Management fees
  • Ongoing optimisation


Additional Platforms:

  • LinkedIn campaign management: £300 per month (additional)


GO SOCIAL+ (Combined Service)

Includes:

  • Everything within GO ORGANIC
  • Everything within GO MARKETING


Additional Clarification:

  • Includes a working ad budget
  • Includes all management, design, and campaign fees
  • Combines consistent brand presence with performance-driven campaigns


LinkedIn:

  • LinkedIn management and/or campaigns are charged at £300 per month within this package


Social Media Terms

  • Early termination requires full payment of the remaining balance
  • You grant us access to manage your accounts
  • Contracts will automatically roll on after the minimum term


3. Fees & Payment Terms


  • Pricing is outlined in your quotation (valid for 60 days)
  • First payment must be made before work begins
  • Payments are collected monthly or annually


Failure to pay may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Removal of access
  • Termination


Additional work is charged at £80 per hour.


4. Late Payments


Invoices unpaid after 30 days will incur:

  • 20% of the outstanding balance, or
  • £40 (whichever is greater)


5. Cancellation


  • 30 days’ written notice required
  • Cancellation cannot take effect before the minimum term ends
  • Contracts will continue unless properly cancelled


Stopping payment does not cancel your agreement.


6. Domain Policy


Ownership

  • Domains remain under our control until all balances are cleared


Transfer

  • Full balance must be paid
  • £80 transfer fee applies
  • Transfer completed only once all conditions are me


7. Hosting & Website Restrictions


  • Websites cannot be transferred to another platform
  • Login access cannot be provided
  • If you leave, a new website must be created elsewhere


After 12 months, hosting-only options may be available.


8. Ownership & Intellectual Property


8.1 Websites

  • All websites remain the property of Cre8ive Works Ltd
  • You are granted usage rights during your active contract


8.2 Client Content

  • You retain ownership of content you supply
  • You grant us permission to use this content within your project


8.3 Our Work

All designs, graphics, written content, SEO structures, and marketing materials created by us:


  • Remain the intellectual property of Cre8ive Works Ltd
  • Cannot be reused, repurposed, or distributed without written permission


8.4 Content Ownership & Usage Restrictions

All content created by Cre8ive Works Ltd, including:

  • Website design and layout
  • Written content and copy
  • SEO structures, pages, and optimisation work
  • Graphics, visuals, and branding elements
  • Social media content and creatives


remains the intellectual property of Cre8ive Works Ltd.


Usage Rights

During an active contract:

  • You are granted a non-transferable licence to use the content for your business


Restrictions

Upon termination:

  • You may not copy, transfer, reproduce, or reuse any content
  • You may not replicate wording, structure, or design
  • You may not pass our work to another provider for reuse or adaptation


Website Migration

If you move to another provider:

  • A new website must be created from scratch
  • No existing content, design, or SEO work may be reused


Copyright Enforcement

  • All work is protected under UK copyright law
  • Any breach may result in legal action


9. Client Responsibilities


You must:

  • Provide content promptly
  • Ensure all materials are legally owned or licensed
  • Assign a single point of contact


Delays do not affect payment obligations.


10. Additional Costs


You agree to cover:

  • Stock images
  • Plugins
  • Fonts
  • Integrations


11. Browser Compatibility


We support modern browsers only.


12. Termination


  • Requires 30 days’ written notice
  • Full balance payable if terminated early
  • No refunds will be issued


13. Liability


Liability is limited to total fees paid.


We are not liable for:

  • Third-party delays
  • Data loss
  • Platform limitations


14. Design Credit


We may:

  • Include a small credit link
  • Showcase your project


15. Governing Law


Governed by the laws of England and Wales.


16. Severability


If any part is unenforceable, all remaining terms remain valid.
